Validation Method
When caring for an individual with memory loss, the Validation Method provides empathy and effective communication while supporting them as they mentally return to the past. It is a care method that promotes patience, understanding and allows us to meet the needs of each resident.

It is important to us that the care residents receive is of the highest standard, but that it does not interrupt the sense of Neuvant House as home. Our staff is competent, compassionate, and continually seeking ways to help residents be healthy, safe and feel at home, not like they are in a hospital or institution.

Safety and security is our top priority at Neuvant House. Our community is staffed around the clock, has secured entrances and features a security monitoring system.

Our residences feature a wireless nurse call system, state-of-the-art fire safety systems and a tornado shelter. Our staff are regularly trained on emergency protocols.
KEYCODE ENTRY
Our facilities are secure. Our team members and families are given personalized security codes to enter and exit the building.
VIDEO MONITORING
Our staff relies on the video monitoring system to respond quickly to a security need. Video cameras are in place in all common areas at Neuvant House.
